Hughie suffered severe nerve damage to his back and left leg in a motorbike crash which left him paralysed in one leg and wheelchair-bound. After attending Michael at the Plexus clinic where Michael and the other the therapists began working on Hughie using specific energy techniques to establish where the energy had become blocked and initiate a process of correction and re-balancing. After several weeks of intensive therapy on the lower end of his spine and back, Hughie began to show some improvement, power returned to his left leg and he began to walk again. Hughie has returned to full health.

Jennifer suffered from the auto-immune disease lupus and began treatment in April 2005. She went to Michael's clinic and she is now back to full health and has trained as a Plexus Therapist.

Paul suffered from fibromyalgia, and was off work for three months. His treatment began in December 2001. Paul fully recovered as a result of seeing Michael at the Plexus and is back at work since with no re-occurrence

Kay suffered from depression, anxiety, back problems and was unable to work. Since her treatment she has been able to return to work and live a normal life.

Anne Mockler suffered from polymyalgia rhumatica which left her bed-ridden she had seen many specialists and was taking lots of medication. As a result of Seen Michael O Doherty it was described in the media as a miracle. Ann returned to full health.

Paul Wharton Was crippled in a train crash, he walked with the aid of crutches and in a lot of pain. Paul was quoted as saying "I have gone from taking an extremely high level of medication to having none, no crutches and no collar. Plexus has given me my life back"

Anonymous: At the start of 2005, I began to experience a strange, sore sensation in both my hands. The pain led to an increasing lack of power in my hands, especially in the morning. Making a clenched fist became an impossibility. Following a visit to my GP, I was referred to a specialist in Galway, who confirmed I had Carpel Tunnel in both hands. The course of treatment that awaited me, was an operation on both hands that would relieve the pressure on the nerve endings. This operation meant that I would be out of work for anything up to eight weeks.

Firstly though I had an appointment with a neurologist to test my hands, attain how much damage had been caused to the nerves, this was scheduled for January 2006.

During Christmas 2005 I met Tommy, I told him about my condition. I went to him for a course of treatment. On the first day he manipulated the bones in my neck and skull. The following morning I woke up and was able to clench my fists for the first time in over 9 months. After 3 more visits to Tommy, the lack of power, pain in both my hands disappeared, and to this date have never returned.

Despite being cured, I still went to the neurologist for the 'nerve endings' tests. After he had them completed he said that he didn't know why the specialist had sent me because the tests proved that I had full function in my nerve endings!! He declared that I was something of a "Medical Miracle".

Being treated and subsequently cured by Bio-Energy and Tommy, saved me the pain and stress of 2 operations and time off work. Thankfully and due to his treatment, I've been pain free and have had no further symptoms of the condition.

Anonymous: I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in November 2006. At that time, I had no power in 3 of my fingers on my left hand, vertigo to the point of not being able to look up, constant tiredness, continuely slowing down, all of which I had for 3 years previous.

I started coming to Tom in November 2007. I had treatment over four consecutive days. On the third day in particular, I was totally worn out i.e.not able to do anything but rest. On the Friday, I felt a little better. On the Sunday morning, I couldn't believe it but, I could look up, the vertigo was gone and it hasn't come back since. I feel as my condition was progressively deteriorating, this would have continued, if Ihadn't seen Tom. I may have been facing, being in a wheel chair, at some stage, and am now hopeful that I will avoid this situation.

Anonymous: I am a 42 year old woman and I feel I have suffered with stress and anxiety my whole life. Two years ago my doctor put me on xanax. Then one day driving home from work, a trailer came off the back of a tractor, and flew across the road smashing into my side of my car. In the next few months I had regular visits to my doctor and she kept putting me on new medications, which didn't seem to help much. Six months later I had a hysterectomy, about a month later I started to experience waking up in sweats, my thoughts running away. I had to to get out of my room to breath, I always ended up getting sick, this seemed to last for hours. This lasted for over a year, time went by when I didn't sleep for days.

I tried a few different types of alternative therapy, which helped a little. I changed my diet, gave up a lot of foods and drinks to help me get rid of my anxiety. I then went to Bio-Energy, I noticed I was getting panic attacks worse and my thoughts were out of control. I was very scared even though she said it was normal. I was advised to go see Tom as he was years dealing with people with depression. In about five minutes into the session, I noticed the pain I had in my stomach, disappearing. I also got a pain in my eye, which was badly damaged in a bad car accident twenty years earlier. When the session was over I felt so calm and relaxed, it was lovely. I went back a number of times as there were a lot of emotions coming that were hard to deal with, I have started to read a lot, something that I could never do before. I am a much happier person, I have had no more panic attacks so far and my anxiety is much lower. I will continue, with Toms' help to improve, I sleep better and feel that I have my life back on track.

My name is Kathleen. My migraines started over 35 years ago. In the morning, | would have 'fog' in my left eye. When that lifted, the pain would start. It was unbearable. I would have to go to bed, cover the windows, and my eyes, actually my husband would take off his tie, and cover my eyes, as I could not bear any light, or noise. I would also feel very sick, spend 3 days vomiting. At that stage, I didn't mind if I lived or died. This happened every 3 months. This really affected my whole life, as I had 8 children. The only relief I got was when the doctor came and gave me an injection, to put me to sleep.

The first time I went for Bio-Energy, in Ballinrobe, Tom asked me to stand up and take off my shoes. He told me I had migraine, before I told him. I went back for 4 consecutive days. On the 4th day, I got the migraine back and felt very sick. That is the last time I had a migraine. That was 20 years ago, and I haven't looked back since. I feel that my future was dull and bleak, and I genuinely feel I wouldn't be here now If the treatment hadn't cured my migraine.

Anonymous: It was last October that I first discovered Bio-Energy. At the time I felt really down and had phobias, that were really cutting into my every day life. I also had recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and the shock of this had a knock-on effect on my emotions and fears. During the last four months, I had many ups and downs. Alot of downs, particularly over Christmas. I was filled with anxiety and fear, and felt there was no way through this particular dark time in my life.

I got through this particular bad time, with alot of support from my therapist Anne, which included Christmas Day. When I felt things particularly hard, Anne was a rock, and really guided me through. In the days and weeks that followed, I began to see subtle changes, these changes became more frequent and lasted longer. In January, I saw Tom for the second time. I was still feeling awful, but from then on I started to notice subtle changes for the better.

I saw Tom again in February and while I still feel that I still have a bit more to go before I get back to feeling my old self, I feel I am well on the right road to full recovery. One of the biggest changes I noticed was an event that occurs annuall, which came up last week, while last year, due to my terrible fears and anxiety, I could not cope with the notion of going, to this event, and this year I actually went, with some gentle persuasion, but thoroughly enjoyed the day out and felt very proud of my achievement. If I had not discovered this treatment, I dread to think where I would be today. I would probably be considering medication, but very reluctantly.

Also I noticed a change to my family life, even though my children were not fully aware of my problems, they do however seem more at ease, since I have started feeling better and am calmer.

Anonymous: I came to see Tom Griffin about a month ago, I had been in a deep depression for days, unable to get out of bed, unable to work, slept 16 hours a day. Tom took off my glasses, and being very, very shortsighted, I couldn't really see what was going on, but I felt energy tingling in my hands and hot and cool air circulating around me, my depression lifted instantly.

I could feel it leaving my body, my head. I suffer from clinical depression and have 2 to 3 major episodes a year and know I was heading into one. He told me there was a lingering Memory from my maternal great grandmother that was blocking my energy. I am dyslexic And have always had trouble with copying and remembering numbers and certain words. Immediately after the session, I tried copying a telephone number and got it right first time, without extreme concentration, and was able to spell words like 'maybe', 'upon' and 'lawyer', Correctly first time out, these words have always been a huge problem for me, I always spelt them wrong.

I left feeling energised and the depression did not come back. About two weeks later I started painting for the first time in 7 years and it has been greatly liberating for me. I have since shown my new work to a gallery and will have a show in Cork in October and in Dublin next year.

My second session was bio-energy with Sheila, the night before a very stressful court case, I had been panicking all day and my lawyer thought I was going to freak out. The following day in court, I was as calm as a cucumber and had a successful conclusion to the case.

My third session was with the other Tom, and during that he pinpointed my thyroid and spleen as having blockages - as I had not given my medical history, he had no way of knowing that I had had thyroid problems since I was 30 - now 48. I had only come off the drug 'eltroxin', six months ago. He also pinpointed a trauma 27 years ago, when I calculated back it was when I had a nervous breakdown, in my final year at college - uncanny. I felt very lighthearted, in fact I still do as I sit and write this in the clinics' kitchen, after this session. I also feel very emotional.

Ashling, a child, suffered from Hyper I.G. Syndrome and had continuous chest infections. This child was in hospital one week of every month, each year. Since she began treatment in 2004, she now lives a normal life.

Aoife, as a child, had taken numerous courses of antibiotics and was suffering from chronic fatigue and chest problems and was unable to walk. Since her treatment Aoife has returned to full health.

My son Henry, aged 10, was diagnosed with Asbergers Syndrome 2 years ago. Admittedly, I feel often that I am in over my head as to how to help Henry as his biggest challenges seem to be his lack of empathy, mood swings, occasional bursts of anger,and a saddenly lack of motor skills - he has a very difficult time writing and playing sports.

My son Paul, who is 9 years old, started primary school in September 2003, at the age of 4 years and 9 months old. By December of 2003, his teacher told me, that she could see him, already needing to repeat junior infants, the following year. When I questioned her as to why, she could not as she said, 'put her finger on it'. I felt Paul was able for senior infants, so let him do the year. It was during this year, 2004 that the school sent him for an educational, psychological assessment, which showed up his Dyslexia. Paul at this stage had difficulty in every aspect of his education. He could one day count to 5 and write his numbers, on the following day remember no numbers or just about write them out, but in the wrong order and back to front. This was also true of his written work and reading, which at times was like taking 3 steps forward one day and ten back the following day. Paul became very frustrated and angry with himself, and became quite challenging in his behaviour in school. by the middle of 2004, I was at despairs edge.

When the school principle approached me and asked me to consider 'Brain Gym' for Philip. He put me in touch with Silvia Heinrik, who both I and Paul attended for 6 months. She showed Paul the 'Brain Gym' exercises, working on both his letters and numbers. Silvia gave me a series of exercises to do with Paul at home on a continuous basis. He slowly showed some positive results. He became a much less angry child, and didn't have as much trouble in school, and I suddenly started getting positive reports back fron his teachers. Paul himself began to see that he had abilities that before were hidden. Paul met Tom Griffin first in 2005 and after a session with Tom, I can only describe it as being like a switch being turned on in Pauls brain. School and his Dyslexia became much easier for him. He became much prouder of himself and his abilities. He has been treated by Tom Griffin 3 times, between 2005-2008, and has shown improvements every time. Most recently Pauls teacher showed me a spelling test which he had done. She had given him 10/10. I along with Paul are both very proud of his achievements, which he would not have managed without the help and dedication of both Sylvia Heinrik and Tom Griffin.

David has learned more in the last 5 months, since he went to see Tom, than he learned since he started school 8 years ago, he is now 12. Five months ago he had a handful of words and might need help with them. But now he has quite a few, up to 4 letter words.

The crying and worrying over thinking he was stupid, the frustration and crying and fighting over doing his homework is gone. He can sit down and put his words into short sentences himself, using all the words he now knows. Before I had to spell out every word. His maths has also improved.

He is much more relaxed and happy in himself. His teacher and classroom assistant can't get over the change in him and are delighted with his progress. There could be a riot going on in the classroom and David can stay focused and concentrate on his work and won't be distracted.

Even though David has a very high IQ, he still couldn't manage his reading, but Thank God for Bio-Energy Therapy/Dawson Programme, his future to be able to read is looking very good. This is all after only 4 sessions with Sheila and 2 with Tom.

I have been coming to the clinic here in Ennis since pre-birth with Noreen. Noreen has been getting Bio-Energy 3 - 4 times a year. She was also getting alot of other treatment. Noreen was a very docile child and couldn't hold her gaze for more than a second. I could feel that she was intellegent, but the big fear with the eye focus was Autism. As a teacher I knew the implications of this. Noreen was constantly falling off chairs and had no co-ordinatition.Noreen's eyes were dancing in her head and she couldn't hold her stare.

When Noreen was 4 3/4 years, I brought her to Tom. With one treatment from Tom, there was a major improvement. She hasn't fallen off a chair since and her interior balance has greatly improved. I have brought her to see Tom 4 times now with an improvement every time, but the biggest shift was the first time. Noreen is now the best in her ballet class, she feels happier and there is such a remarkable difference with her. Her energy is great, her shoulders became stronger and now has high concentration levels, which i knew she always had but couldn't have attained it without this treatment.

Anonymous: At 2 1/2 years old, our son was diagnosed with Epilepsy. As a result of the first medication, he became very unsteady, and lost his walk, talk and confidence. His medication was increased and decreased, but didn't seem to be working at all. Myself and my husband and family were under severe pressure, thinking of what the future held for him, which in our eyes were nil. We had to be by his side at all times. It took up to 14 tablets mixed per day to keep him going and that was still a struggle as one day we thought all was going well until everything fell apart on us again.

We searched everywhere that we could get help for him, it just seemed a closed door everywhere for him and us. I rang Tom Griffin's Bio-Energy Clinic and thought we'd give it a go. I explained our son's situation and he was only 5 years old at this stage, so Tom treated him and believe it or not we could see the paleness going from his face. So after his therapy he was due back to the hospital for his checkup and the doctor couldn't believe that he had improved so much. So they decided to decrease his medication slowly and now at this stage he is on 2 tablets per day and has improved immensely in school and he has a great quality of life and I have put it all down to the Bio-Energy Therapy. It worked brilliantly on him and I conclude by saying, that the only thing we regret is that we didn't go for Bio-Energy Therapy to Tom in the beginning and our son might have been saved from all his trauma that he went through, over the years. But better late than never. We can't thank Tom Griffin enough for his wonderful help.

Anonymous: I brought three children to this treatment. I first came in contact with Bio-Energy last September, when I brought my youngest daughter, who is 4, who was a total nightmare. She had at least ten tantrums a day and never really slept much at night. Over the past five months, she has calmed down and sleeps a full 12 hours at night. Also before the treatment she constantly said she hated me, now she is hugging and kissing me and says she loves me. She has also stopped wetting her bed and is more inclined to do things and help me. Her form declined again, so I brought her back to Tom for a correction. She is in flying form since.

The second child I brought, had a serious problem with attention and had to have alot of extra help at school and at home. Within 2 weeks of seeing Tom, her teacher wrote in her diary, "She was excellent today and there's a huge improvement in her attention", and also, "She did very well in her weekly test".

The third child I brought had slight dyslexia. Its been a month and her form has declined, still waiting to notice improvements in school. However she just lost her granddad, whom she was very close to, which I feel is attributing to her behaviour. However I am hopeful after her next appointment with Tom that she will settle down.

Aaron was born by cesarian section in 2001. His diagnoses showed a very poor prognosis -he was never meant to walk or talk and had a life expectancy of about fifteen years. At a year old it was obvious that he was not making his milestones. He was not even sitting up, or crawling, which was a great cause for concern.

At age 2, he was standing with the help of a playpen, and was using walker. He had no speech, only gibberish. At age 4, he started play-school, in the brothers of charity. He would not sit down, he was restless and would hit out at other children. He could not focus with his eyes. He was afraid of loud noises, hoover, blender etc.. and he had a fixation for electrical equipment, toasters, kettles etc... He used to bite and headbutt. He had alot of anger and frustration. The less speech he had, the more anger and frustration he had.

Over a year ago, he went to see Tom Griffin. Tom diagnosed an energy inbalance, co-ordination problems, low speech and focus. Great and amazing improvements were noticed. Balance and co-ordination - his walk improved. He got physically stronger. His hand grip got firmer and stronger, he would walk with you. He can go to town now and go for a walk without the buggy. His social behaviour really improved, we could take him to a restaurant and he could sit down comfortably. Aarons language improved from gibberish, to single words and phrases. The Bio-Energy had a calming effect on him. His mood and behaviour greatly improved. He would repeat every word that was said to him. He began to formulate sentences.

In school, his behaviour improved, but he had the odd skirmish with discipline. One day, he was being sent to the bold room, for the second time that day, the teacher was explaining to him why he was to remain in the room, with the use of the egg timer etc... He turned and said, 'I know, they already told me ok!'. The teacher got such a shock, she had turn away and laugh. His language and communication has so improved, that he can now sit and have a focused conversation.

If Aaron had not gone for Bio-Energy, he would be extremely frustrated and angry because of not being able to communicate back. His co-ordination used to cause him not to walk properly. His articulation of language has allowed him to enjoy a more fulfilled family and social life. My own anxieties and fears are gone around Aarons inability to cope with life. I am certain that he will continue to improve even more, and enjoy a fulfilled life. I am extremely grateful to Tom and his team, for their outstanding work and integrity, to do the great job they do.

Mark 6, was diagnosed with Sensory Integration Disorder in Nov. '05. He had also been diagnosed with a speech and language disorder. As parents we felt he had an Auditory Processing Disorder, which has since been confirmed.

Sensory Integration Disorder, basically affects the senses - most significant for us, Mark had intense hearing reactions - to certain sounds. He literally put his hands over his ears and would shake. He is also tactile defensive, which means he cannot distinguish between various touch - if some-one brushes up against him, he cannot tell if the touch is an 'attack' or an 'accident'. He can react aggressively if he thinks the person has tried to hurt him.

His sense of balance and sense of space is unlike other children. He finds it extemely difficult to remain seated, to focus and concentrate on set tasks.

To date, we haven't met anyone with the same diagnoses for their child and sometimes its a battle to try to explain the condition to people. Mark also gets tired quickly and it takes more concentration to achieve things than for most children. Frustration sets in and Mark can react aggressively to pressure.

About 2 years ago we met Tom Griffin of Plexus Bio-Energy. Since then we have seen Tom on a regular basis. Over this time, Mark has benefitted greatly from the 'energy process'. We notice how calm he has become, after each session and how this calmness lasts. I can say without a doubt that Bio-Energy has definately had a big influence on Marks level of calmness. At this point Mark knows himself when he will benefit from a session and will ask to meet Tom himself. That for us is an indication of how far he has come!

9years old Doris was noticably dyslexic and it affected her with reading and spelling. S/B team (Sheila) proir to Christmas and had 3 treatments and 1 consultation - S/B Vincent, really impressed with him on the day, very informative and corrected eye jerk."Eye jerk" had been diagnosed 3/12 previously by an opthalmic optician, and on walking, got persistant pain in hip, leg correction on the day has now been corrected and she can walk without any problems.

Parent teacher meeting - teachers said that Doriss' confidence has improved and her reading and spelling is improving daily. Had nightmares recently and Doris finds the breathing greatly helps.

Josh - 6years - brought him today to help his inability to communicate properly. Having speech Therapy for same and had problems with falling over the past 2 -3 years.
